REFUND POLICY
We offer a 5-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Reverse pick-up services are available, with a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 per order (applicable regardless of the number of items in the order).
Pick-up will be attempted three times. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will be responsible for sending the shipment back to our address. Please note that reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of service in your area’s pin code.
Please return the product(s) in the same condition as received. If products are returned in poor condition or show signs of use, a refund or return will not be processed.

Order cancellations are only possible until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit, and include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Once we receive the product(s), we will process the complete amount within 48 hours.

- Bank account details provided by the customer are final; any error in these details is not the responsibility of the brand.

- The customer must take care of the product(s) while in their possession, including keeping all instructions, documents, and packaging as received.

- Once the product is returned, we will examine it and notify the customer of their eligibility for a refund (if applicable) via email. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from confirmation.
